Summary:
Darkest total array position is scanabs = 2909
Darkest left side only array position is scanabs = 2909
Darkest right side only array position is scanabs = 1328
The average signal for each image was determined by a simple average
for all scan mirror positions. In addition, the average signal from the
left and right sides of the array, and the bottom 8 pixels were determined. The results are
plotted below.
