Campaign G: Gordon (11 Mar 2003)

Summary:
This is the 70 micron first light campaign.  We will know if the basic
functions (stim response, on-board coadding, ramps, etc.) of the 70
micron array work after this campaign.  Additional work on
characterizing the 24 micron array (spectral leak check) also happens
in this campaign.
