Karl has finished proposing changes to the tasks scheduled for each of the IOC campaigns. In addition, I have made some minor modifications to the reviews for some of the campaigns, in particular for those where there were tasks with unknown execute times, missinge AORs/IERs, and estimating slew taxes for IERs. Where I made such changes I've noted it in the v2.1 campaign reviews. Please download the preliminary v2.2 reviews for your IOC campaigns from the web site http://mips.as.arizona.edu/Rincon/Released/IOC/TestTrack/InternRevMarch03/ I'll post preliminary version 2.2s of the SV campaigns soon, so just work on IOC stuff (<= K) for now. The changes to the campaigns are also there near the top under the link http://mips.as.arizona.edu/Rincon/Released/IOC/TestTrack/InternRevMarch03/CampaignDeltasList0328 The goals for v2.2 of the reviews are: 1) Check time allocations for tasks where that is uncertain, provide the best estimate possible. This means getting rid of times w/ "?" by them and missing times. Contact principals of tasks w/ missing material and understand as best you can what the status is, and what impacts it might have on the timings. Note these things in the detailed notes. 2) Check that your notes about the presence of iers/aors reflect the current status on the web page. There have been some recent uploads either prompted by my begging, or in some cases done by me (I've noted those in the campaign reviews where I did it). 3) Get the detailed task notes into the best shape you can. Delete ones that are covered by the high-level actions we identified (see the Detailed Actions list on the page above), make remainder intelligible and reasonably complete. If you have a note re. a task moving out of your campaign, email it to the cog of the campaign the task is moving to, etc. When all is said and done, I'll parse the notes up by CAID and send all principals a list of the things they need to clean up with their tasks. 4) I've made the adds and deletes of tasks for the IOC campaigns, but it was done in haste. Likely problems to keep an eye out for are: Not enough anneals to support all the added Ge tasks. Mislabeling of Hi priority tasks as low, or vice versa. Lack of "Z" attached to the CAID for the task. The second two you can clean up by comparing with the list of adds and deletes. Adds w/o a Z are possibly Hi priority, while those w/ a Z are not. 5) Take a stab at refining the ordering of tasks within the campaign to make it sensible with the changes. Indicating anneal blocks, segregating Si from Ge tasks to minimize the number of anneals we need, etc. 6) Double check the total time allocations, and compute a new sub-total for the class-Z tasks. When you are done, please email me the review and I'll post them as they come in.
