An illumination correction that was averaged from this and previous IOC campaigns was used in the mips_caler reductions.
Within IRAF: imcombine was used to find medians of the various spacecraft/scan mirror positions used in each AOR. No sky subtraction was performed. Measurements of line positions were only made for Side A of the 70µm array.

Conclusions
The MIPS SED mode meets the requirements of providing spectral coverage
from about 52µm to 106µm with a dispersion of about 1.7 µm/pixel. The alignment between the dispersive element (diffraction grating) and
the 70µm array is very good as there is much less than a 1-pixel difference
in the position of an emission line along the useful length of the SED slit.
The averaged results presented in this report supersede the earlier results
reported from MIPS-145K. The results from MIPS-145R are fully consistent
with the results of MIPS-145K.
Output and Deliverable Products
Actions Following Analysis
The combined results from MIPS-145K and MIPS-145R should suffice for the
wavelength calibration of the MIPS SED mode. A small correction
determined from MIPS-140V for distortion will need to be applied to the
dispersion solution due to the tilt of the spectrum on the array.
However, preliminary results from MIPS-140V indicate that this
correction will be small (on the order of 0.5-1.0 pixel the dispersion
axis and less in the spatial direction).
