Frame Table Update 14

Frame Table Update 14 for MIPS was a result of fine 160 survey, rerun of the 70 micron NF campaign J results using IDP3 in a semi-automatic fashion, 70 micron WF coarse.

160 micron fine survey: this was a result of MIPS-235 in campaign Q. The prime frame number for the 160 micron array is 087, while the inferred frames are 088,089,091,092.
This data set is corrupted by the spectral leak.

70 micron NF coarse survey: this was a result of a re-run 70 micron NF focal plane coarse survey (MIPS-137) in campaign J. IDP3 was using in a semi-automatic fashion. The prime frame number for the 70 micron NF is 118, while the inferred frame numbers are 119,120,124,127. The IPF team estimated the accuracy of locating the prime frame as 0.301 arc seconds.

70 micron WF survey: This survey was result of MIPS-133 in campaign Q. The prime frame number for the 70 micron WF array is 107, while the inferred frames are 108,111,112,115,116. The IPF team estimated the accuracy of locating the prime frame as 0.49 arc seconds.
