CAID: MIPS-242 | Title: 160 um spectral leak check | |
System: MIPS | Principal: mrieke | Deputy: krs |
Objective: | To check the MIPS filters for short-wavelength leaks |
Description: | Place a star 10 pixels = 150" away from the center of the 160um array. Scan the mirror in small steps (1/4 pixel) for total of 80 steps to obtain the !D PSF. Repeat at a differnet S/C offset for redundancy and repeat using a much colder object (eg., an asteroid). |
