Objective:  
Confirm that 24 um small field photometry works as
expected
 
Description:
Execute MIPS Phot/SR AOT for a few selectable
parameters.	

Tune IPP files as needed
		
Several AORs will be constructed that will have:
1) one small field  24um AOR for each 
available exposure time (3s, 10s, 30s)

2) 3 cycles of small field 24um photometry (3s
only)

Place in Schedule:   After aperture door open, After CTA/instrument cool down: For 24um, the backgrd radiance must be less than 1.0E-11 W/cm2/sr (< 30K). Before final operational parameters are set and instrument tuning complete.
