Confirm basic functionality of small field 70um photometry

Description

Several AORs will be constructed: 1) 1 cycle small field/default scale photometry for 3s, 10s 2) 3 cycles small field/default scale photometry for 3s NEED TO ALSO TEST NARROW-FIELD MODE HERE Need to use calibrating stars, important within the IOC campaign.
