Description

Description: Several AORs will be constructed: 1) 1 cycle small field 3s, 10s 2) 1 cycle large field 3s, 10s 3) 1 cycle 3x3 raster map, 3s only 4) 20 cycles, small field, 3s only Because we use 4 cycles for 160um by default, some of the previous 3 cycle tasks were deleted.
