For 70um, the backgrd radiance must be less than 1.0E-12 W/cm2/sr (< 12 K). For 160um, the backgrd radiance must be less than 5.4E-13 W/cm2/sr (< 6 K). Location of MIPS apertures must be completed. Basic instrument commanding and functionality must have been confirmed. After initial TPM skeleton AOT testing is complete. Before final operational parameters are set and instrument tuning complete. | |||
