MIPS Campaign A Anomalies ========================= 1. Loss of signal from readout 4,4 of 70 micron array [ISA Z81711] Status: Clasified Intermittent when problem disappeared in Campaign B. Description: DN from readout 4,4 of the 70 micron array were identically zero in all DCEs taken during campaign A1. This was a new anomaly, i.e. no problem like this had been seen in ground test. Closure Plan: Close at end of IOC, after we have more data on just how intermittent this problem is. GHR is lead. SEE ALSO: Campaign F, G 70um anomaly. Campaign H1 added as anomaly troubleshooter (switch to CE2). 2. Reduced signal from readout 4,7 of 70 micron array Status: Closed. Description: Data ramps from this readout have a higher effective gain (e-/DN), resulting in shallower slopes than on other readouts for the same illumination. This was a known problem from ground test, and has now been verified as being present on-orbit. 3. Offset of signal from readout 3 of 160 micron array Status: Closed. Description: DN from readout 3 of the 160 micron array have a large, negative DC offset added to them, such that high saturation occurs at about 18k DN, 48k DN lower than it should. This was a known problem from ground test, and has now been verified as being present on-orbit. 4. Alarms associated with CE turning on and off Status: Closed. Description: During CE on/off telemetry is invalid for short intervals during the off-->boot and boot-->oper state transitions. This is a known issue from ground test, and a filter has been applied to the alarms to ignore out of range telemetry during these transitions. 5. D160B Temperature calibration is wrong Status: Open. Description: The CE FSW calibration for the D160B temperature sensor is incorrect Closure Plan: Get FSW cal curve corrected by Ball. Temporary fix is to generate a cal curve to apply to temp. sensor DN, rather than relying on engineering units returned by FSW. DK is lead. 6. Failure to reset anneal enable on 24 micron array Status: Closed. Description: In initial examination of telemetry it appeared that the anneal heater enable had been left on for a long period of time after it should have been shut off. This has been traced to a poorly constructed query to the telemetry database (ERT was used, while SCET should have been used.
